Reservations Required:
-All blending sessions must be booked in advance via our website.
-Group Bookings: For parties of 4 or more, advance booking at least 7 days prior is required. Full payment required
-Private & Corporate Events: Custom tea blending events for private or corporate groups must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
2. Deposit & Payment
-Non refundable deposit 50% is due once date and time of event is confirmed.
-An invoice and link will be emailed to you to pay the deposit and confirm the date.
-You will have 48 hours to pay deposit once date is confirmed open to book. If not paid within 48 hours your confirmation will be cancelled.
-Remaining balance is due 1 week before event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit full payment.
Group & Private Event Policies
-Custom tea labels or packaging for group events require all details submitted at least 5 days prior.
Refund Policy
-No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to an event.
-In the event Muva Tea must cancel, you will receive your refunded deposit or an option to reschedule
