Due to the nature of our products and Covid, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All items are handcrafted/blended to order with no refund policy in place to avoid cross-contamination. Exchanges may be accepted for damaged goods due to no fault of your own. Please report any damages within 3 days of receiving your purchase.  All shipments are through USPS. All of our tea blends are hand crafted and made to order with natural fresh herbs. Because our teas are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your tea blends to ship. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1- 5 business days.
